Be ready! Wildfire season is here

Hot, dry, and windy weather conditions increase the risk of wildfire and can cause rapid fire spread. This can result in poor air quality, road closures, and possible evacuation orders.

Take steps now so you are prepared to respond:

  • Stay informed about the latest weather and emergency updates.
  • Prepare an emergency kit that includes essential items such as water, food, first aid supplies, and a battery-powered radio.
  • Ensure that your vehicle is fueled/charged up in case of an evacuation order.
