#BePrepared - Seasonal Changes

Seasonal changes are a good reminder to prepare your property for colder temperatures. Prevent future damage and reduce costs by protecting your home with these tips:

• Keep drainage clear: Clear gutters and eavestroughs of debris and point downspouts away from your home. 
• Check heat sources: Ensure your furnace and any other heat sources are working properly. 
• Minimize drafts: Inspect seals around your windows, skylights, and doors. Repair if needed. 
• Insulate pipes: Wrap exposed pipes with insulation sleeves or wrapping.
