Preparedness Schedule
There are many reasons not to be prepared, but if you break it down into simple steps and make it a part of your routine, over time you can be prepared for anything.
Scheduling a preparedness step each month can help make it a habit. Here are some tips:
- October – invest in candles, matches and batteries so you always have light and heat
- November – plan a preparedness conversation on Nov 16th when the test of the Alberta Emergency Alert occurs
- December – test and maintain smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
